Only I'm happy in this picture. Cesar Salad had a bit of a rough time with the kayaking, and I'm convinced I enjoyed it so much more than he did because I have a lower center of gravity.

Nonetheless, once we got the kayak BACK IN the water, we enjoyed the breeze (even when it was blowing against us) and the chill of the water as it splashed us and cooled us down.

And even Cesar Salad said, after the agonizing third leg of biking AND running, that he missed the water.

Hmmm ... he didn't say he missed the kayaking ...
